Jack came by our house today to see what was wrong with our ac. We have been out since Saturday, today is monday. Its the end of July in Georgia. It was the blower. We were at 87 degrees inside and with a 10 month old and an 8 year old it was miserable to say the least. He found the blower in town and came back on his way home for the evening. He fixed our ac and took the time to talk to me and tell me what I needed to do. What a doll! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
We requested a service call for one of our A/C units in our home. Ropers responded and were on time, called ahead and were very thorough in trouble shooting our system.
I wish I could remember the service technicians names. He was outstanding.
